雲頂高原-Geo38高級套房 (GEO38 Premium Suites at Genting Highlands)

地點位於半山，周圍都有很多美食是很方便的。 唯一一個最大的問題就是服務，我們並沒有收到任何關於入住的訊息，去到打了幾次電話才有人接聽，説安排，我們又等了10分鐘也沒回消息😓最後是大樓管理員告訴我們要去對面拿鑰匙😩當天又下著毛毛雨，我們是坐摩託車，哈哈，一個字夠嗆，其他都ok

Really recommend for those who have own transport because their check-in counter was located at Windmill Upon Hills not Geo38. We have, 1 living room 1 kitchen 2 bedrooms 2 toiltes nice room nice view nice management

房間可以、設施也全、就是辦入住很難、因為在另公寓拿鑰匙 在去另一個住的公寓辦理入住、走路要10分鐘 全是上下的山路、主要沒燈、有行李的 外地人 要看好問清楚在下訂單、避免不必要的麻煩發生

I don't recommend using this agency at all! Really troublesome check-in process. The booked unit is at Geo38 but had to go to Windmill for check-in. When asked, they simply said because no staff is there. No plan to ease their customer at all, even in the future. Before I came, I sent email twice but no reply and called several times yet no one picked up. Only during the check-in I was being told that the number is actually only for whatsapp. There's no remark whatsoever in the booking that stated so! Then once checked in, we encountered several other inconveniences. 1. Toilet has unpleasant smell. No air freshener whatsoever to at least overcome the smell. 2. Microwave doesn't heat up. Its functioning and all but no heat. 3. Aircond in small room can only be at 16°. Freaking cold! Had to change to fan mode instead. 4. The most nonsense of all, faulty of toilet's handle. How can anyone missed that?!!! Due to an alarming number of faulty, I contacted them to inform because I was so upset. Then they proceed to tell their staff to come AT NIGHT to fix the door handle without even asking me first. I already told them not to come at night cause it's already near to 10pm!!! And they came so we had to wait until they're done. Super bad experience and they did NOTHING to compensate this. Paid RM150+ for one night but not worth at all. Don't booked under Flash agency!! Go to other booking platform.

The entire environment is quite good, and location to Genting Highlands only 20 minutes. However , it was hardly to check in as the hotel name and the check in counter is not in same building and lack of check in details. The water bath sometimes hot and sometimes cold, but overall experience is good.

Horrible attitude and services! The checkin counter is at Windmills Apartments and not at Geeo38. A very long walk! I was caught in the rain! There wasn’t any pre notice that the checkin counter was at Windmills Apartments! The service staff on duty at the checkin counter was M.I.A! Didn’t respond to my calls and WhatsApp messages!

Much better than 7Stone…7Stone worst ever despite numerous complaints from my last visit on 5/8/25. I will never ever book under 7Stone for Geo38.

Apartemen di kelola 2 management berbeda. Unit yang saya booked di bawah management Windmill hotel. jarak gedung apartement dengan resepsionis jauh, dan berbeda gedung, kondisi jalan sedikit naik turun. Jika datang dengan koper yang banyak akan sangat sulit. Gedung apartemen memiliki lobi sendiri yang luas, tapi kita tidak bisa menitip koper disana. Sekuriti apartemen kurang ramah terhadap tamu. Jam Cek in 15:00, jika datang lebih awal dan dengan membawa koper banyak, lalu di turunkan di area apartemen, akan sangat susah sekali, karena sekuriti apartemen tidak mau menerima titipan koper. Jika mau titip koper harus di bawa ke resepsionis hotel windmill , dan ini sangat merepotkan sekali karena jarak cukup jauh, penitipan koper kena charge 10MYR. Saat Cek In, unit belum ready, masih proses pembersihan, kami harus menunggu 1 jam. Mesin Cuci sering Eror dan pakaian terlock otomatis di dalam, teknisi tidak 24 jam, teknisi juga tidak bisa memperbaiki. untuk kondisi unit seperti kamar, tempat tidur, lemari, sofa, dapur, meja dll secara keseluruhan bagus.

The check-in process was frustrating and poorly managed. While the email mentioned the check-in location at Windmill and the stay location at Geo38, the information was not clearly highlighted. This caused confusion, leading me to queue for 20 minutes at the wrong counter (Maplehome at Geo38). Attempts to contact Flash Suites’ hotline went unanswered, adding to the inconvenience. Once I arrived at Windmill, I had to queue another 30 minutes due to the staff’s lack of experience in handling and explaining the check-in process. The unit itself had both pros and cons. It was clean and well-equipped with towels, showering tools, a water boiler, microwave, and cooking equipment. However, the unit lacked a balcony, limiting the enjoyment of the fresh weather outside. The toilet sink was clogged, causing water to drain very slowly, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the parking arrangement was inconvenient, as the parking space was on the highest floor, requiring multiple rounds to reach it. Unfortunately, the unit also lacked a nice view. The provided TV box was functional, but most apps required subscriptions (like Netflix), so I could only use YouTube. On a positive note, the apartment was quiet at night, and amenities like the gym and swimming pool were available. However, scanning the access card to use the lift was difficult and needs improvement. Overall, while the unit’s cleanliness and amenities were satisfactory, the disorganized check-in process, clogged sink, and other inconveniences made the experience less enjoyable. Improvements in communication and facilities would make a big difference.
